User Agreement

Effective October 5, 2026

This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between you and Addweb LLC (“GETdone,” “we” or “us”), which offers the GETdone website at hawaiigetdone.com and the tool on it (the “Tool”). By checking the box and using the Tool, you agree to this Agreement, including the Release and Hold Harmless in section 10, and to the Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Tool.

1. What GETdone does

GETdone helps rideshare drivers on Oahu estimate Hawaii General Excise Tax (“GET”) from the tax summaries and earnings statements they download from Uber and any other business income they enter. It shows the values a driver may enter on Forms G-45 and G-49, estimates under more than one reading of the rules where the correct treatment is unsettled, and estimates of late-filing penalties and interest. It also lets you keep your own notes of what you filed and paid.

2. What GETdone does not do

• It does not give tax, legal, accounting or financial advice. Nothing in the Tool is a recommendation for your situation.

• It is not a tax return preparer. It does not prepare, sign, file or submit any return for you.

• It does not pay tax for you, contact the Hawaii Department of Taxation for you, or represent you before any government agency.

• It covers only the City and County of Honolulu (Oahu), only the income you give it, and only GET. It does not cover other counties, federal or Hawaii income tax, or any other tax.

3. Check with a tax professional before you file

Before you file a return or make a payment using figures from the Tool, you agree to review them with a qualified tax professional, such as a CPA, enrolled agent or tax attorney. Which treatment applies to you (including the rate on fares, whether amounts Uber keeps are part of your gross income, and how late returns and penalties are handled) depends on facts and law the Tool can’t decide for you.

4. Your returns are your responsibility

You alone are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the documents and information you give the Tool; for checking every figure against your own records; for how you report; for filing your returns and paying your taxes on time; and for any tax, penalty, interest or other amount assessed against you. The Hawaii Department of Taxation, not GETdone, decides what you owe.

5. Results are estimates

The Tool reads documents automatically and applies rates and rules as we understand them on the date shown. Documents can be misread, Uber can change its statements, rates and rules change, and our understanding may be incomplete or wrong. Results are estimates and may contain errors.

6. Your information

Your Uber tax summaries and statements are read in your browser and are not uploaded to us. What you add or enter is saved in your browser on your device. The Privacy Policy explains this, and what an account holds. You are responsible for the security of your device and for deleting information you no longer want kept on it.

7. Not affiliated with Uber or the State of Hawaii

GETdone is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Uber Technologies, Inc. or the State of Hawaii Department of Taxation. “Uber” is a trademark of Uber Technologies, Inc., used only to describe the documents the Tool reads.

8. Using the Tool

You must be at least 18. Use the Tool only for your own records, or for someone whose records you are authorized to handle. Don’t misuse the Tool, interfere with it or use it for anything unlawful. We may change, suspend or stop the Tool at any time.

9. Accounts, passes and refunds

• Accounts. Your email address is your username. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account.

• Passes. The paid plans are passes: Get on track ($99) for one tax year, and Get caught up ($299) for a tax year and every year before it. You pay once, at the price shown before you pay, with no tax added on top. A pass doesn’t renew and doesn’t expire.

• One pass, one driver. A pass is for one driver. It locks to the driver’s name on the first Uber documents it opens, and documents under another name need their own pass.

• Payment. Payments are taken by Stripe, Inc. We never receive your card number and don’t store your card details. We email you a receipt for each pass.

• Support. A pass comes with the support shown for it: help with how the Tool works, by email, and for Get caught up also by chat and a phone call we schedule with you. Support isn’t tax advice (section 2).

• Refunds. Refunds are at our discretion. If something isn’t right, tell us: we will make a good-faith effort to resolve it with you by email, text, phone or chat. If it isn’t resolved within 15 days of when you first told us, we will escalate it or refund you then.

• Bought by mistake. You can give or transfer the pass to another person who can use it. Write to us and we’ll move it to their account.

10. Release and hold harmless

To the fullest extent the law allows, you release GETdone, Addweb LLC, and their owners, officers, employees and agents (the “GETdone Parties”) from all claims, losses and liabilities arising from or related to your use of the Tool; any return you file or don’t file; any payment you make or don’t make; and any tax, penalty, interest or other amount assessed against you.

You also agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the GETdone Parties from any claim, demand, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) brought by anyone else, including a taxing authority, arising from your use of the Tool, the information you provide, your returns and payments, or your breach of this Agreement.

11. No warranties

THE TOOL IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON’T WARRANT THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE, OR THAT ANY TAXING AUTHORITY WILL ACCEPT THEM.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, THE GETDONE PARTIES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY TAXES, PENALTIES, INTEREST OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE TOOL OR THIS AGREEMENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF WHAT YOU PAID US FOR THE TOOL IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR $100.

13. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement. When we do, the effective date above changes and the Tool asks you to accept the new version before you use it again. The price of a pass is always shown before you pay.

14. Governing law

The laws of the State of Hawaii govern this Agreement, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts in Honolulu, Hawaii, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Either of us may bring a claim that qualifies in small claims court.

15. The rest

If any part of this Agreement can’t be enforced, the rest stays in effect. This Agreement and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Tool. If we don’t enforce a term, we haven’t waived it.
